At KGM Interiors, we understand the desire to find cost-effective options, but we recommend adhering to the items specified in your interior design plan. its a bit like this
I specify a round coffee table with no legs and you buy one that is square with legs. This may affect the side tables and the sofa legs and the whole project has to be redesigned. It's a game of treacherous Jenga , and you have just pulled one of the bottom blocks out.
Interior designing is not just about selecting visually appealing items—my little black book of trusted suppliers and years of experience mean that each piece has been curated and edited to ensure it fits perfectly within your unique project.
Trusting the selected pieces is crucial as they have been chosen for their quality, compatibility, and overall harmony within your space. While a similar item might seem like a good deal, it may not meet the standards or specific needs of your design. Therefore, for the best results, it's essential to stick with the items we have carefully selected for you.
However if you do go ahead and make purchases on your own, please inform KGM immediately as they will likely have a knock on effect.
We first send you a quote with the chosen pieces outlined
you will be given an indication of production lead time, prices, quantity, VAT and shipping costs if applicable.
Once approved and a minimum of 50% paid, we will issue an invoice and start production or dispatch the items if they are available in stock. The remaining balance is due in full on the day prior to installation or can be paid off in interim payments up until that day. Statements will be issued throughout the process.
Send pictures immediately and make sure to mark down details of the damage on the driver's delivery bill.
If we ship your order to a storage facility, please make sure the receiver unpacks and controls it immediately upon reception. All claims for freight damage must be made within 72 hours of reception.
Once received, we will investigate and if the claim is successful, either repair or replace depending on the piece and its condition.
You have a legal obligation to take good care of the product whilst it is in your possession.
If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
