Design Packages
I offer 3 main packages

Design package 1 : for smaller projects but with the same level of expertise and professionalism. Using a simple fee structure with many add on benefits
Design package 2: is a more complex project managment option and suited to multiple rooms in a home, complete redevelopment or small boutique hotels. This gives you access to an enhanced range of possibilities to help you navigate through the choices.

Design package 3 : Pre purchase appraisals - please contact for advice on this exclusive service for homes, you are yet to buy, but want ideas on how to improve prior to purchase.

Design package one
Prices start at £650 per room

Ideal for 1 or 2 rooms in a home or small commercial space
Working with you onsite or online , we have consultation of one hour ( approx) where you can chat to me about what you would like to achieve.
If however, you live within a 30 mile radius of glasgow then site visits for consultations can take place for no further fee and I would highly recommend this. For distances outwith 50 miles travel time costs will be added.

digital mood board that includes: colour palette, fabrics, wall coverings, furnishings, lighting, window treatments suggestions , paint colours and accessories

A specification sheet, allowing you to purchase items in the right specification. Either direct from me using my trade links or from retailers you will have easy access to . This requires a scale floor plan to be made.

specifications on paints and quantities ( to be confirmed by your own trades)

notes on styling and design choices

Access to my professional work room, trusted trades and fitters to facilitate a fuller service

One revision to the mood board if required & ongoing advice for 3 months from the date of invoice.
Design Package Two
This is a full service option
If you are looking to create a home and have multiple rooms you intend to design. This is the ideal package and can be tailored to suit your personal requirements.
This package includes but is not exclusive to

A detailed consultation with you to discuss the client brief and scope of work wherever in the world you are.

Digital concept board

Digital mood board , including colour palette, fabrics, wall coverings, furnishings, lighting, window treatments, paint/wallpaper and accessories (an example is as shown in the slides - but as each project is different not everuthing will be the same )

A site survey relative to the project. Where required architects or surveyors may be employed to facilitate this. Consultation with architects and builders is paramount at an early stage to enable collaborative work resulting in an improved overall scheme.

2D & 3D plans where agreed

6 revisions to the mood board if required & ongoing advice throughout the duration of the project

Procurement of Fixtures and Fittings

Liaison with 3rd party subcontractors

Please ask for details on the pricing structure for your individual project as there are a number of options available to you, and the fees are managed on an individual project basis. Where possible fees and costs are outlined from the beginning. I am very open to discussion on this, as no project is ever the same & things can be fluid throughout a project.
